HOW WE

WORK

Our strategy.

When beginning a program in a location, a baseline survey is conducted to measure changes in access to our programs (WASH services, economic status, youth engagement, and spiritual climate) in the community. Regular visits, community feedback, and impact assessments are conducted to monitor progress.

The program's success relies on building local ownership, encouraging community participation, and creating partnerships that will continue beyond the program's lifespan. We carry out ongoing capacity building of local leadership, churches, and VSLAs to ensure the continuation of activities after our completion in the area.

Community-Based Approach

We work closely with local leaders, church leaders, and beneficiary communities to ensure activities are relevant and sustainable.

Capacity Building

We carry out continuous training and mentorship for community members, local leaders, and church leaders to ensure long-sustainability.

Partnerships

Operation Focus Area design and multi-year strategy

Long-term planning is known to help deliver services in a sustainable manner. To maintain physical presence and deep-seated meaningful engagement with stakeholders and beneficiaries, we will use this strategy to implement programs in a specific location, allowing time to implement sufficiently, train, mentor and monitor, and evaluate programs before exit.

We collaborate with local governments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to make a broader impact.
